Little Help?

I wanted to ask if anyone has the time to critisize my art. Its really hard to find some mistakes myself and maybe some more experienced Artists could help me. I only started digital art a few months ago and trditional art about one and a half year. But please real critisism not things like F*ck you or something. I would really apreciate if someone could critisize me honest and with no holding back. Im fine with it when you say my art is bad. Im a Newcomer thats what i expect.
